Privacy Policy

In short: no cookies for visitors and nothing that identifies you — we only count visits, anonymously. Beyond that, we only see what you send us.

Who we are

FORMA, Rua de Brito Capelo 1119, 4450-256 Matosinhos, Portugal, is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us by email at Formasmartprinting@gmail.com, by phone on +351 930 646 244, or on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Visiting this site

No cookies, no advertising and nothing that identifies you. To see how the site is used, we count visits with our hosting provider’s privacy-friendly statistics: which pages are viewed, where visitors came from (a search engine, for example), their country, browser and type of device, and when a WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or email link is clicked. The statistics set no cookies and store no IP addresses: each visitor is counted by an anonymous code that changes every day, so we can’t tell who you are or follow you over time. We do this in our legitimate interest in improving the site. The one cookie on the site is a sign-in cookie for the studio’s own staff page, set only when a member of our team signs in. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.

When you contact us

If you message, call or email us, we use what you send — your contact details, files and order details — only to quote for and produce your order, and keep it only as long as that and our accounting obligations require. We never sell it or use it for marketing. The messaging apps and email service you use have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it — just email Formasmartprinting@gmail.com or message us. You can also complain to the CNPD, Portugal’s data protection authority.

If we ever add a contact form, online payment or anything else that collects data, we’ll update this policy first.
