you order.
What file format should I send?
A PNG with a transparent background is ideal. We also accept PDF, AI and PSD. The higher the resolution, the sharper the result — 300 dpi at print size, minimum.
Can you print on a garment I already own?
Yes. Bring your clothing to the studio in Matosinhos and we’ll apply the design. Please message us first — we need a little time to prepare the print.
What is the largest print?
Up to 60 × 100 cm in a single print. For bigger designs we can split the image into parts and line them up — message us about your project.
How long does it take?
It depends on the job and on our workload, so we confirm the timing with your quote. Rush orders are possible — get in touch and we’ll do our best.
Do you check the file before printing?
Always. We check every file for resolution, colour profile and dimensions, and you approve it before anything is printed.
Care guide
Make it
last.
Wash cold
Machine wash at 30°C at most, on a gentle cycle. Cool water protects the colours and the bond.
Inside out
Always wash and dry inside out, to protect the print from friction.
Air dry
Air drying is best. If you use a dryer, keep it on low heat.
Iron carefully
Iron inside out, or with a cloth between the iron and the print. Never iron the design directly.
